3. Project Terms
3.1 Quotations: All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Payment: Payment terms will be outlined in individual project agreements. Typically, a 50% deposit is required to begin work.
3.3 Revisions: The number of revisions included in each project will be specified in the project agreement.
3.4 Delivery: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client feedback turnaround.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership: Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final deliverables as outlined in the project agreement.
4.2 Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.3 Stock Assets: Third-party stock assets (music, footage, images) may be used and are subject to their respective licenses.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Deposit & Initial Payment
A 50% deposit is typically required to begin work on a project. This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel a project before any work has been completed:
- You will receive a full refund of your deposit
- Cancellation must be made in writing via email
3. Cancellation After Work Begins
If you cancel after work has commenced:
- The deposit is non-refundable
- You will be invoiced for work completed to date at the agreed hourly/project rate
- You will receive all work completed up to the cancellation point
4. Project Delays
If project delays are caused by:
Client delays: No refund; project timeline may be extended
Our delays: Timeline will be adjusted, or partial refund may be offered at our discretion
5. Revision Limits
Projects include a specified number of revision rounds (typically 2-3 rounds). Additional revisions will be charged separately and are not eligible for refund.
6. Dissatisfaction
We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you're unhappy with the work:
- Contact us immediately to discuss concerns
- We'll work with you to resolve issues within the agreed revision rounds
- Refunds are not provided if revision opportunities have been exhausted
7. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
